In 2015, several industry veterans with years of experience in semiconductor processes resolutely embarked on an entrepreneurial journey. Hunan EXWELL Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established, and in the same year launched continuous magnetron sputtering equipment and continuous ion beam etching equipment, marking the beginning of the company's entrepreneurial journey in the field of semiconductor equipment.

2019 "First"

Relocated to the national-level Wangcheng Economic Development Zone, with a 900-square-meter Class 10,000 cleanroom, marking the beginning of large-scale production.

2020 "First"

The company's products entered the top domestic device-level chip companies for the first time, successfully taking an important step in market development.

2022 "First"

Vertical furnaces entered the customer's mass production stage for the first time, achieving an important leap from research and development results to industrial application.

2024 "First"

The first VCSEL vertical oxidation furnace equipment was developed, achieving a new breakthrough in the research and development of optoelectronic device equipment.

Technology towards "New": Layout of third-generation semiconductors (silicon carbide, gallium nitride), advanced packaging (2.5D/3D integration), quantum chip equipment, construction of a doctoral innovation workstation and a national-level R&D platform, with annual investment of no less than 15% of revenue in R&D;

2. Ecosystem towards "Integration": Jointly build an "equipment - process - material" collaborative innovation chain with Zhuosheng Microelectronics, Goodix Technology, etc., to promote the independent and controllable domestic semiconductor industry chain;
